Modern society relentlessly demands success. We strive to maintain a flawless exterior, appearing as if everything flows effortlessly, yet inside, we are exhausted and breaking down. How much of our emotions do we suppress in the gap between expectations and reality? This piece explores the conflict between societal expectations and personal emotions. This video visually and sonically conveys the tension of internal struggle. It begins and ends with tuning forks at specific frequencies—543Hz to open the mind and 432Hz to open the heart—encouraging awareness and release. The sound is split between left and right channels: one side carries an internal voice, while the other repeats the external affirmation, "You are happy." On one side of the screen, soap bubbles continuously rise, symbolizing innocence and serving as a reminder to hold onto one's purest self despite the pressures of reality. We cannot always run toward success. Sometimes, we must pause, stumble, and even. Yet, in these moments, listening to our inner voice and confronting suppressed emotions becomes. This piece explores the balance between the ideal image imposed by society and the reality of personal emotions, ultimately leading to self balance.
